Jackie is a Registered Dietitian with 16 years of experience working to help individuals, groups and companies by translating the latest nutrition science into meaningful lifestyle, information and product changes. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of California, Davis, and a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from Rush University in Chicago, Jackie went on to work at several Chicago-area hospitals such as Children’s Memorial, La Rabida Children’s Hospital, and St. Francis Hospital in Evanston.
As a Board Certified Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition, Jackie has worked with children and families dealing with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, weight management, pulmonary disorders and failure to thrive. She also enjoys helping adults effectively manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, supporting individuals in their weight management goals, and helping athletes achieve optimal performance through nutrition.
Jackie’s nutrition philosophies are based on the latest scientific evidence, combined with an in-depth understanding of an individual’s personal goals and lifestyle. Through applying appropriate and realistic changes, she aims to support individuals by making long-term, effective lifestyle changes to elicit meaningful and lifelong health improvements to achieve an improved quality of life.
