I can only agree to all the comments I've read so far- Kim is truely amazing. She is full of energy, ethusiastic and motivating. No matter what your fitness levels is, she's the one who challenges you to try new/modified workouts and you just want to do it-you can't escape that positive attitude and energy. Try to attend one of her classes, I promise you won't be disappointed and you can't wait to come back, not matter how hard the workout felt that day!Thanks Kim for a wonderful workout experience- I wish I could take you with me when I have to say Goodbye to Rochester!Barbara Schroeder

Kim is an amazing fitness instructor. She has inspired me to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Her group fitness classes are fun to attend. She is a very energetic and motivating teacher. After her classes I always feel better because she instills in me a sense of achievement. I am fortunate to have Kim as my teacher and she will always be my favorite fitness instructor. Kim is a wonderful person and my best wishes are always with her. Thank you Kim for all you have done for me.

Kim is an awesome fitness instructor! Her enthusiasm and passion for health is contagious! I eagerly look forward to attending her classes, and I always end class feeling like I really challenged myself, did my best, and had a great time doing it. Kim demonstrates a real commitment to her students, and we always enjoy working hard and having fun in her company :) It is small wonder her classes fill so quickly!

I have been a fan on Kim's fitness classes for over 9 years. Beyond being an exceptionally knowledgeable instructor, Kim's energy and enthusiasm in each class brings the best out of everybody, making each workout an extremely rewarding experience. She pushes you to your limit, but makes sure that everyone considers their limitations to prevent injury while getting the highest benefits. Kim's intensity motivates me always to come back!

Kim is my favorite fitness instructor. I have attended her classes for 17 years. I will drop everything and arrange my schedule just to attend her classes. She motivates me and she has a high energy level. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness. She always gives different options for an exercise. She tells us to listen to our bodies and do what is best for us!! She doesn't want us to risk an injury. I love her music also. It is very motivating.
