Prana yoga trained teacher with extensive experience in gentle and restorative yoga. Infuses her traininig in Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy in her classes and provide private sessions by appoitment only in Maplewood, New Jersey.  Evelyn has worked with people with health challenges including HIV, Cancer and back related issues.   She infuses mindfulness in her teaching and encourage mind-body awareness into all classes.
