Erin has been a trainer for 10+ years and brings the education, experience, and passion necessary to help you change. She is certified as a personal trainer in Clinical and Corrective Exercise with NASM and holds several other certifications in fitness specialties such as TRX, Spinning, Yoga, Pilates, Nutrition & weight-loss.
Erin understands the demands of today’s stress-filled schedules but thrives on encouraging people to find balance and create healthy lifelong habits.
