I am a mama to a Wild Little Man, Proud Military Wife, Yoga Teacher Mentor, Believer in the Medicine of the Earth & Memoirist in the Making...One of the vital ways I stay connected to my authenticity, as a teacher, is through ongoing mentorship. This style of study supports my desire to grow and evolve as a teacher. I believe mentoring is a process of going from Good to Great; of learning to Fully Embrace One's Unique Voice. It is from my personal experiences of advanced studies and going through this process, that I offer the Embodied Living Mentorship and Elements & Energy Monthly Mentorship Program.
