I love working in the fitness industry!

Currently, I am a group fitness instructor and personal trainer (including personal/small group yoga sessions) at Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center in Conway, AR.

Previously, I was a clinical instructor in the Department of Kinesiology & Physical Education at the University of Central Arkansas for 10 1/2 years. There, I worked with and trained students to become future fitness leaders in various areas of the field.

My passion is in group fitness. My philosophy on (group) fitness is simple: I believe everyone can love exercise...you just have to find what you like and what works for you! My passion is having people of all fitness levels workout together in one room; it just takes the right group fitness instructor who can provide modifications for each level. I am that instructor!
