Elizabeth is always upbeat and positive and I always leave my sessions feeling happy and rejuvenated. Because she addresses the "whole" person - stress, nutrition, and exercise - losing weight and keeping it off since I've been working with her is much easier than it had been in the past. Having someone supportive and knowledgeable has been invaluable in coping with the high level of stress I experience at work.

I recently moved to California and was having trouble adjusting. I had done yoga for eight years and yet didn't feel a connection to any of the yoga studios that I tried out here. I found out about Elizabeth and have worked with her for several months. She knew all about the yoga I had been practicing and helped me tailor a routine that has been perfect for me. We went through the produce section at Whole Foods and pointed out the nutritional value of vegetables that were mostly new to me, like different kinds of kale and varieties of fruit that were simply unavailable in South Carolina. I have some new recipes that I have been trying that are quick and yummy, yet really good for me.
