I teach yoga and pilates and practice thai massage. I've found yoga to be a joy and lifesaver and found myself dedicated to sharing the practice and it's benefits. Along the way, I saw the need for more attention to detail in the body and the strengthening of specific muscles to support and allow for the intense stretching aspect of yoga. This is where pilates came in. I have never seen such impressive physical results as I have through the exercises of Joseph Pilates. I find the two practices to be a strong match. And Thai Massage is a natural support for and outgrowth of yoga allowing one to be completely relaxed and passive yet receive many benefits of yoga.
