During my Pilates and Yoga training a great deal of emphasis was placed on anatomy and how to move to maintain alignment and practice safely. Those lessons have carried through to my own teaching and my priority is a safe and effective workout. Offering modifications and verbal adjustments is also important to ensure that each student gains the most benefit while taking care of any physical challenges they may be experiencing. I like to keep my classes fun, challenging and varied.
