After only eight sessions of working out with Deanna at FitSoFun, I have lost 2 inches from my waist, 1 inch from my hips, 1 inch from my thighs, and dropped 4 pounds—a proud feat for someone whose first love was not exercising.
Deanna tailors my work outs to target my problem areas and meet my overall fitness goals. She sends me a personal training workout log after each of our sessions that show what type of exercises we did that day, how many sets and reps of each exercise, and how much weight was used. This log also includes her overall observations and my most up to date measurements.
Deanna exhibits a true concern for your well-being. She is very knowledgeable in her field and demonstrates proper technique for both weight lifting and yoga poses. In addition to her being a positive and energetic trainer, she keeps you engaged by adding a wide variety of exercises to each session. Like it or not, you quickly get into the habit of exercising and eating healthy.
So if you’re not a fan of crowed gyms or just simply prefer the attentiveness of one-on-one training, working out with Deanna at FitSoFun is a perfect solution.

If you want a fun and exciting physical trainer, call Deanna at FitSoFun! Her energy and enthusiasm, together with her years of experience and extensive knowledge, make each session a fat-burning, muscle-building, uplifting workout. Every meeting is contoured to my goals and abilities, even though she pushes me to reach beyond and keep moving ahead. Each week I receive a record of my session, along with pointers, reminders, and encouragement to stay focused. I am losing inches and gaining strength like never before.

I've joined a wonderful new yoga class & been attending for a few months now, the studio is lovely, my teacher, Deanna Wagner is very dedicated & knowledgable to the Science of it, teaching the techniques and practices for the improvement of health. I look forward to going each time. My classes have been strengthening both my body and mind, and the atmosphere of class is comfortable; My teacher Deanna, has offered me the tools and the guidance to craft health on every level. In short, it's a holistic, nurturing and evolutionary ‘way of living’, & I feel a sense of strength, peace, and balance...great just to get my joints and muscles working again, not to mention a lot better breathing thats improving my health! Without medications!! Deanna makes the time spent in class something that feels truly creative and special, she motivates & educates me... I have tapped into physical strength and other aspects that I never thought myself capable of, due to her classes and have had so much fun learning and been consistently challenged, she knows my limits and I'm progressing at my own level. I see results, & have lost inches, taking up waist sizes!! Yoga is a profound science which I want to learn more!! Deanna is also a Certified Personal Trainer which means she's knowledgable about the anatomy, she is great. Tjc
