Exercise literally saved my life! When I was an 18yo high school dropout, smoking a pack of Marlboro Reds a-day, and living on a fast food diet weighing over 250-pounds, I arrived a very challenging fork in the road one fateful night; start to live, or take my life. The next morning and every morning after that for the next year I progressively added exercise into my life and started caring about the fuel I was putting into my body. After one year I had lost 88-pounds, earned my GED, and started taking courses at the community college.
Now, with 20-plus years of helping others achieve better living through consistent exercise, a degree in Kinesiology and certified ACSM Exercise Physiologist, I strive daily to bring greater living through movement to everyone that wants it!

DB is the best trainer I have ever worked with. He not only prepared me for my first short course triathlon, he did the event with me! Then he trained me for Ironman racing and went one step further and participated in Ironman Texas with me as well. His enthusiasm and upbeat attitude are so valuable during training.
