Dave has been my running coach and strength coach since I was 13 years old. He helped me to reach my goal of running on a Division II cross country and track team. He coached me through several injuries and helped me overcome all the obstacles I faced. He is a really great coach and motivator. He is extremely invested in his clients. I would recommend him or his wife to anyone.

By far the best trainer in the area! If you are looking for a true professional, Dave is it. I have worked with trainers from New York to Los Angelos and Dave is the BEST! If you want a kick butt workout, call him now!

Christine was one of my short term clients that was working in mobile for one year. I trained her at The Battle House Spa, downtown Mobile. She lives in New York and travels for her job. I was fortunate to have trained her while she was here. Thanks Christine!
