My Name is Danielle Weeks and I have been a Personal Trainer for 7 years. My ultimate goal is to create a healthier lifestyle in my community one person at a time. I work with people at all levels of fitness but in particular I love working with people who are just beginning. I believe that exercise creates a wave that expands not just into a person's Health and Fitness level but something that extends into their everyday life. We all know how important exercise is for weight loss, and overall health but there is so much more you can gain. I love watching people become more confident, become better at handling stress, and improve their mood.
I love completing and helping my clients to complete obstacle races, and this past year I've also found I really enjoy boxing. My husband and I really love hiking and running in our Vibram 5 Finger shoes.
