I started coming to Mind Body Balance in January of 2010 after my children were through college and on their own. I began taking Pilates with Kim and soon noticed changes in my body. I was getting much stronger! In the past, I had suffered from hip pain in day-to-day life, and as I progressed through my Pilates sessions, I came to realize the pain in my hip was gone. Pilates has given me the physical strength to pursue yoga. Yoga quiets the mind and adds flexibility and balance. I would like for everyone to experience the peace of mind, flexibility and balance that I have found in Yoga.
