Chelsea takes a gentle and mindful approach to teaching yoga. She love's to share her passion with the main goal of making yoga accessible to everyone. She includes many modifications and alternatives to the movement and posture's that she teaches. She truly believes what Jigar Gor said, "Yoga is not about touching your toes, it is about what you learn on the way down." Chelsea completed her 200 hour teacher training in December 2017 and has been trained in mindfulness, meditation, and yoga. She personally practices hatha and vinyasa style yoga and specializes in yoga nidra. Yoga has played a leading role in Chelsea’s life for over ten years, it was not until 2015 that she decided that she would like to teach. Yoga for Chelsea serves as stress relief and helps keep her anxiety in check. She hopes to continue growing as a teacher for years and years to come.
