I am able to help with all of these things with my wellness programs. I am a NASM certified trainer, a licensed clinical counselor, and a certified fitness and nutrition specialist. I am also certified and licensed for group fitness for Turbo Kick, Transform:20, and Kangoo Power. I am here to help clients become the best version of themselves.
