Caitlin Rowley

Caitlin first began to study Pilates as a dance student at Sarah Lawrence College. She has been teaching for 20 years and in 1997 recieved her certification from the Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado. She completed a BFA from the University of Arizona in Performance and Dance with minors in Spanish, French, and Italian. Caitlin has guest guest taught in Arizona, Chicago, and has worked in Aspen with athletes from the Colorado Avalanche hockey team. From 2001-2003 Caitlin was director of the Pilates Programs for the Reebok/Sports Club La in New York City.
Although Caitlin works with professional athletes and dancers, anyone can bebefit from from her ability to pinpoint the sublest imbalances that can reshape your body! Caitlin is committed to providing fun, interesting and rewarding workouts! She is a native of the San Juan Islands in the Pacific Northwest and loves to teach Pilates in Florida.
