Laura's half flow and half restorative class is a real treat, and at the end I always feel that deep sense of relaxation that I feel when I go to the spa.

Laura really cares about her students and offers physical assistance if permission has been given, and offers essential oils to increase that deep sense of relaxation.

I had no expectations of this class, and it has been a lovely surprise that is has become the hi-light of my work out week.

    Thank you Laura.

Laura is a wonderful Yoga Teacher. The difference stems from the fact that she really cares about her students and in trying to make the experience as fulfilling as possible. She is the only teacher who offers students the option of essential oils at the start of class and assists only if students have given permission for actual touch.
The class that I take and love is half Flow and half Restorative, and at the end of it, I feel like I have been to a spa and always feel extraordinarily peaceful.
Laura's class is the hi-light of my work out week and that has been a wonderful surprise.
    Thank you Laura.

I took a class of Laura's today, and she was superb. She was thoughtful - recognizing (quickly I'm sure) that I was relative new to yoga - and encouraged without pushing. As she moved around the room, she very gently positioned the students' bodies so that they were just "so", but again, not in an uncomfortable way. I loved it. I just stuck her class on my Friday schedule. Thank you Laura.

Thank you so much. You should know that I was only subbing the class on Friday. I don't currently teach a regular class on the schedule. Please let Meredith, the Yoga Director, know if you are ever interested in a private teaching session with me or if you would like me teach a regular class.

    Thank you again.
