Beth Seiwell is a certified and registered yoga teacher and Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist. She has been studying yoga for almost 30 years and teaching for over two decades. She is also a certified Three Wisdom Tradition therapist, bridging the ancient schools of yoga and ayurveda with western psychology. Her classes are infused with breath-work, self-reflection, meditation, mindful movement, systematic relaxation and ayurveda. Beth’s intention is to bring balance to each individual through building strength, resiliency, self-regulation and adaptability. Beth’s passions include her family, hiking, horseback riding, daily meditation and studying the 8 limbs of yoga.
An intuitive practitioner, Beth has over two decades of experience developing her heart-centered healing and mindfulness practice. Skillfully trained in a wide range of science based healing modalities, she integrates each into her work to create a sacred space that brings the physical, energetic, and emotional bodies into a state of optimal health, facilitating repair. Beth fuses energy healing and self-inquiry with Yogic and Ayurvedic practices such as movement, meditation, breath-work and self-care to allow help clients make skillful, effective, and permanent life changes. Beth is currently working toward her 500 hr certification in the Himalayan Tradition.
