My experience spans from both the military and mainstream one-on-one training. I served in the United States Marine Corps for four years and also served as a drill sergeant in US Army Reserves for 5 years. During my time as a drill sergeant, I helped build the physical strength and cardiorespiratory endurance of United States soldiers. I have been a licensed personal trainer under the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) for 7 years and received my Fitness Nutrition Specialist Certification, also through NASM, about 3 years ago. My group exercise class style/format is motivational and instructional. Class participants are encouraged to get the most out of their workout by learning correct form and technique. They remain consistently challenged and well informed.
