A: Because we have a new digital directory, all passwords for previous directory listings were reset. Click the Forgot Password link on the log-in screen. Enter your email address and we’ll send you a link to log in. If our system does not recognize your email address, you can simply create a new login/profile!
A: Once you’ve reset your password, or created a new account entirely, you can click on the profile button and enter your profile details. The more details you input, the better you will show up in search results.
A: If your studio is already in our database of studios, you will see it when adding “locations” to your personal profile. If you’re the studio owner/manager, you can go through the process of claiming the studio as yours from that studio’s listing page. If you’d like to add a new studio, you can do so and then go through the process of claiming it from that studio’s page.
A: Once you’re logged into your profile, you will see a section to purchase your 2018 print directory listings. Click there and you’ll be guided through the process.
A: In the listing creation process, you will be able to view a pdf version of the 2017 print directory for reference. You will need to re-upload your images and copy from scratch.
A: Yes, you can edit your print listing through your profile page up until our final deadline of October 9th.
A: You will still need to create a digital profile, but can make it a private profile by updating your privacy settings.
