1. place cable at shoulder/chest height.
2. Face to the side of the cable machine so your right side is facing the machine.
3. Hold the handle with both hands in front of your chest.
4. Walk away from the machine, keeping your hands in front of chest
5. Press cable handle away from chest, contract your butt and core muscles, twist away from machine then rotate back toward machine.
6. Repeat for repetitions, switch sides.
