Lying down spinal twist


Unlike the photo, place your palms inline with your shoulders, and palms facing the ceiling with finger tips outstretched and arms fully extended. Shoulders should decompress as you rotate through your rib-cage and not your hips (the naturally rotate). Also place your feet inline with your knees (tucked/wrapped close together). The focus is not how much you rotate, but how evenly both the lower back and hip rotate in alignment.
