Pure Power Studio--Aerial Fitness & Dance

Ladies, do you want to get fit, have fun, and feel fabulous? Are you bored with your workout? Try ours! Pure Power offers fabulous fitness dance classes in Pole & Aerial Fitness and Dance--FlyGym, Silks, Aerial Barre, Chair, POUND Rockout Workout, and more. Our professional fitness instructors welcome women of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels. Take a group class or book your own private lesson.

We offer unique, alternative, and fun workouts and value the small group class setting. Our classes have a max of 6-8 per class (depending on the class style).

Instructor Training is also offered--PoleMoves, an approved ACE/AFAA pole fitness teacher course.
