Lisa has over 15 years of professional Personal Training, Group Fitness, competitive Swimming and Triathlon Coaching experience. She is a certified personal trainer with the American Council on Fitness, USA Triathlon, US Masters, and USA Swimming Coach. Additionally, Lisa holds certifications as a Functional Movement Specialist, Spinning Instructor, Yoga Instructor, Civilian Boot Camp Instructor, TRX Suspension Training and Group Fitness Instructor, to name a few. Lisa is a Nationally Ranked Masters Swimmer and Triathlete, as well as, in a past life swam 4 years as a Division I Athlete at Indiana University in Indianapolis. While swimming college, she was recognized for many accomplishments such as a top 3 finisher all 4 years in the Mid Continent Conference, various Mid Continent Conference Academic All Conference awards, NCAA Sportsperson of the Year Award, and various other Academic Student-Athlete Awards. Lisa has recently relocated back to the Indianapolis area after gaining a multitude of experience coaching and training with high profile Wall Street executives in NYC and Active Duty Military Personnel in San Diego for a published research initiative with the American College of Sports Medicine. Lisa hopes to share her knowledge by helping others accomplish their competitive and fitness goals. Lisa believes in providing her clients with a unique, professional experience, that includes special focus on technique and getting things done right the first time around.
