In this video Mr. Maceman, Rik Brown, goes over the 10 to 2 Drill for those looking to get into mace training. Mace training can be great for building upper body strength, grip strength and even used as a conditioning tool. With the appropriate weight, the mace can be used to train an 80-year old woman or train an NFL linebacker.
